I've known Nancy for only about 5 or 6 years through our Salesian group and have always loved her cheerful smile, her kindness and sensitivity. After my mom died she was the first to hug me and express condolences. I know we'll really miss her. I'm sorry I didn't get to know her better during the time we had.
