To Nancy's family, I am so sorry for your loss. Nancy was a very kind soul with a heart of gold. Initially I met Nancy when she and Dick bought the farmhouse I lived in. I remember the rent was $90 and we paid it to her, that was her mad money! We then purchased the farmhouse that she and Dick lived in.
