Not sure what to say?

Dear LeDuc family,

I just learned of your mother's death. I am so sorry. I certainly would have attended her service had I known earlier.

I met Mike when I was student teaching at Prescott Elementary in a split 1/2 class. What fun memories of a blonde little boy full of energy, and his mom who adored her son.

I love you grandma. You were my hero and always will be. I'm going to miss you dearly.
