I had Nancy for an English Comp teacher in 1971at OSU. As a Vietnam vet, I was struggling a little. She had us write daily in a journal. While others breezed through this, I did not. I went to talk to her and she was very understanding. She had me put all my effort into one article a week. One even got published in the Barometer. I really appreciated her listening to me 50 years ago.

Nancy Leman was a kind, loving woman. She was a friend and an asset to the community. Her late husband, Craig, was a fine physician.
