MR LICHTMAN AND FAMILY,MY CONDOLENCES TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY,AT THE LOSS OF YOUR WIFE AND MOTHER.MAY IT HELP TO KNOW YOUR FRIENDS ARE THINKING OF YOU.

Dear Bill and Family,

Although I never met your Mom I know the death and loss of a parent to be great. My deepest and sincerest sympathies are with you and your family at this time as well as my continued thoughts and prayers are sent your way today and always ... I leave you the following which I found great comfort in when my Dad passed ...

I leave you Peace;
My peace I give you.
I do not give it to you as the World does.
So don't let your hearts be troubled
And...

Dear Mr. Lichtman and family, I was your waitress at Sophia`s rest. for many years, I am very sad for your loss, we all send our prayers to you and if we can do anything, please let us know.

Dear Mr. Lichtman, Bill, Harry,
I was so sorry to hear of Mrs. Lichtman's passing. She was a very nice person (and put up with all of us smart-alec kids). I will remember her fondly. If there is anything I can do to help, please let me know.

Dear Mr. Lichtman,
I did not know your wife, but you were the best English teacher I ever had. I met you in 9th grade and you were so concerned with the environment and your teaching was liberal and exciting.
I met you once again at Dr. Kittler's office last year, and saw you volunteering at the hospital. You have given so much.
I am so sorry for your loss.
Thank you for making such a difference in my life.
Judy Fenn

On behalf of Literacy Volunteers of Berkshire County I extend to you our deepest sympathies. Nancy's work as a tutor and board member helped to build our program and make education available to Berkshire County adults, and we appreciate everything she did.
