Nancy Livermore

I have been thinking of my aunt Nancy a lot recently, as I live abroad and have less and less contact with my relatives stateside. Nancy and Shaw were dear friends of my parents and I wanted to reassure Jorda that I think of her and Bradley (and his now grown daughter) regularly. Nancy was a tremendous person and we were lucky to have known her. Love to all.

Nancy had a contagious smile and always had a word to encourage me and others in our support group. I continue to thank God for her authentic concern. I know she was grateful for the love and companionship her daughter provided.

I did some University work with Nancy's husband Shaw but knew her only through New Year's Eve parties at mutual friends, the Sandalows. Even in that limited context she came across as a warm, lively, broad-gauged, and truly caring person. You knew she would be a good friend and a committed citizen. I will her miss her congenial and stimulating presence. Her family has my deepest sympathy.

I am so sorry to hear of Nancy"s passing! She was such a caring and vibrant person. A wonderful neighbor and active and considerate friend. Jorda, my thoughts are with you-- Nan was lucky to have you with her these last years.

Nancy was such a good and kind friend to my mother, Marilee Kelly. I was sad to learn of the passing of this wonderful and lively woman.
