We have been long-time friends for many years (especially Ed with George at TWA) ... of both Nancy & George. Though we will miss Nancy, she is now relieved of all the suffering and pain which she so bravely faced for the past half-dozen years. Now she has joined George whom she has missed terribly since his departure in 1997.

My sincerest condolences are with Nancy McDonough's family during this sad time. Although not family by blood, we were related by her marriage to my Father, George Leo McDonough. They both were loved by many. Those that knew and loved Nancy admired her intelligence, discernment, and rapierlike wit. Nancy welcomed me and my family into her home with de bonne grace.
