Mrs. Millett was the best teacher I ever had. I was in the first advanced placement English class at Wichita East High School in the 1962-1963 year. Although I later earned a Masters degree, she stands out as number one. I´m happy she had a long, hopefully wonderful, life.

I am so blessed.to have shared 8 years of friendship with Nancy and Maurine. Our time watching the golden girls and building puzzles gave us so much enjoyment.We read many poetry books and did reminiscing on her teaching days. A lovely lady and i'm glad she's at peace.
