Nancy Montgomery

I am so sorry about Nancy's passing. I have been in Arizona for many years so have not kept in touch. Please know I have wonderful memories of all of you and send big hugs and love to all. Leslie O'Neill Hughes.

I met Nancy at Duke University in Sept of 1952. She got your attention right away with her head of curls and her double row of long eyelashes. I was her big sister in Theta, she was a bridesmaid in my wedding, we both had 3 sons. The Duke years were indeed special. In the mid 80's four of us began meeting every summer either in the Carolinas or Sun Valley, picking up right where we left off 30 years before. There were unending adventures, laughs and tears. Dear Judd and Dr. Montgomery (and the rest of the family),

I am so sorry to learn of Nancy's passing. She is such a lovely soul. I enjoyed visiting with her whenever our paths would cross. I remember talking about Nancy and Bob's great love story when Judd and I were in student council at South Jr. High. I loved that story and it stuck with me. I later had the pleasure of meeting them both and then seeing them every so often.
