Nancy Pollack

Nancy, or as I've known her as Mrs. Pollack, tutored me everyday after school in Midland when I first moved to the U.S. from Japan in 1983. I was 14. I spoke no word of English, and my parents were told there's a generous woman in the community willing to teach their daughter how to read, write and speak English.
