My sincere sympathy to Carol's parents, family and friends. We talked only once years ago as I was friends with Carol's grandparents when we all lived in Cincinnati. Her grandparents were quite welcoming when I lived in Hawaii in the early 1970's. And my loss as they reminded me to contact Carol after I moved to Alaska but we never really connected.
