Not sure what to say?

Dear Shriner Family,
I worked with Nancy at Air Line Pilots Association. I remember how much she loved to talk about the roles she had in plays she was in. She also got me hooked on listening to Luciano Pavarotti. I also remember the large pitcher of ice water she kept on her desk; she was always warm. My sincere sympathy in the loss of your wife and mother. I will pray for her and her family. Alice (Cooper) Schmidt, Oakland, Maryland

I was so sorry to hear of Nancy's death. I worked with her at Air Line Pilots Association. She always had a smile and a "can do" attitude.
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of her loved ones.

Dearest Shriner Family,
Cindy Holloway just informed me of Nancy's passing. I worked with her here at ALPA for many years. She was such a lovely lady and she helped train me when I was a new hire. I was never able to hear her sing, but I understand she loved it very much.
Sincerely,
Ruth Hillock

I wanted you to know that Nancy touched many...
