Amy,

I am so saddened that your Mom has passed away. As we discussed many times, I liked your Mom. She was warm and kind and fun to be with.

Please extend my condolences to your Dad and sister.. my hopes for all of you is that the wonderful memories you all have of your Mom will quickly replace your sadness.

Sincere condolences for Nancy's beloved family. She will be sorely missed within our library community. Nancy was happy and proud to share news/stories of her precious children and grandchildren. She was a staple at the Bentley Memorial Library where I considered her a friend.
With heartfelt sympathy.
