Mrs. Simmons had such a special presence in our young lives. We meet many people in our lifetime and she is one that will never be forgotten.

Shocked to hear of Nancy's passing. Roy, you and your family have my deepest sympathy. I have many fond memories of Nancy, you and your family.

Ms. Simmons taught us lacrosse and field hockey before girls had such choices, and that as girls we could do things and were powerful. I thank her for her warm smiles & quirky self and for being beautiful with no make-up or pretense. May all girls know such a woman.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of such a fine member of the community. I remember her fondly. May we all step up to continue her legacy of caring.
