Nancy Padgett Simpson

My dad knew her dad, Snookie. From there, we became friends with the Padgetts. I always loved Nancy. Though the memories are vague now, I recognized her face immediately. She had a sister, Patsy, too, but it's Nancy l remember the most and the memories of visits are sweet.

Art, this is Mary Lou Briggs McCaa. I just opened one of the messages from Centenary and saw Nancy's name on the In Memoriam listing and now have found her obituary. First, seeing her picture, she hadn't changed a bit! And from reading about her, her sweet nature was who she was and never changed. Nancy and I grew up together. I remember her well. Lost touch after I married and moved away from Shreveport. She was a special person in my life. I am so sorry to hear this. Prayers of comfort for her family and friends.
