Nancy Smith

I remember "Miss Smith" as a kind teacher. She was my 1st grade teacher and taught me how to read. I am now a teacher and appreciate what she did. She built my confidence as a reader by sending me to read to the kindergarten class. I still have my little ring she gave to all the girls in the class for Christmas --48 years ago.
