40 years ago,I began a career in art education at Cass Junior High and a lifelong relationship with Nancy Snyder. Yes, she was 12 ...and she ADOPTED me and taught me the ropes at my NEW school. Hot Dog count, attendance, fire drill procedure,etc. She gave up study hall and lunch to wash paint trays,clean the art cart, and wipe the tables and keep me organized and on track.She came to my wedding,she showered me with her time and energy and caring and she was just 12 years old! Is it any wonder...
