When Nancy moved to MA, I became her contact person to help with issues related to her diagnosed genetic condtion, Alpha-1. We shared many similarties including the obvious lung symptoms and resulting heart issues. She was able to come to a few events related to her Alpha-1 and I had the pleasure to meet Nancy.I particularily remember our conversations over the years when we did connect after many games of phone tag. She loved the role she chose and the path taken. She loved her family...
