WARMAN, Nancy Deane "Elbie," 89, of Richmond, formerly of Buckingham County, died in her home April 2, 2011. She was the widow of Philip Creveling Warman, and is survived by her daughter, Nancy Lancaster Warman; her son, Philip Creveling Warman Jr. "Buddy" and his wife, Mary Carner Warman; her four granddaughters, Bonnie W. Byrnes and her husband, Will; Becky W. Calhoun and her husband, Joe; Mary Beth W. Caricofe and her husband, Brett; and Sherry R. Warman; her two great-grandsons, Liam Byrnes and Kieran Philip Byrnes; her sister, Barbara Deane Kolcum; her brother, William Allen Deane and his wife, Dorothy; and many nieces and nephews. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and she deeply loved and cared for all her family. The family will receive friends 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 5 at Bliley's Central Chapel, 3801 Augusta Ave. Funeral services will be held at St. James's Episcopal Church, Wednesday, April 6 at 2:30 p.m. with interment at Westhampton Memorial Park. Memorial gifts may be made to the St. James's ACTS Outreach Fund or to The Virginia Home.
