Nancy Elizabeth Wendt

Nancy was like a mom to me; I would come by every Wednesday to mow and clean the yard. She was always home and would come outside and visit for a bit I loved her hugs and hearing how all her daughters were doing. She made the best hot coca and warm cookies. One of the first people I met moving to Washington and loved her from the get go.. nobody like her that I can remember.. I adored her just, Dick, as well.. those 3 beautiful daughters are a living testament to Nancy’s loving legacy.

What a lovely lady your Mom and Grandma was. We were proud to call her our friend.
Over the years we had little contact but I knew if I ever saw her she would be loving and pick up where we left off.
