Not sure what to say?

I will always think of Nancy as I drive by the driveway to her
condo. We shared rides to St. Vincent Guild doings and talked of all the things we learned in the heart department
as volunteers.
I will miss Nancy very much and feel very lucky to have known her.

Washington Irving said "there is a sacredness in tears. they are not the mark of weakness, but of power. they are the messengers of overwhelming grief and of unspeakable love"

Dear Ruth & family...
My heartfelt condolences to you all. I have had the please of having Nancy as my "Volunteer Partner" for my short term of two and a half years. I always looked forward to seeing her and knowing we would have a day of good conversation. She was a delight to work with and have for a friend. I will miss her...Jerrie Hoy

Ruth and Family....We loved your Mom. I am the Director of Volunteer Services and lost my Aunt and her service is the same day as Nancy's in Salem, so I will not be able to attend Nancy's service. She was so special to me and everyone's life she touched. She gave 2,621 hours of volunteer service and we prayed and watched as she went through the last days of her life with such dignity. We will miss her terribly but thank God that we were blessed to have her life touch each of ours. Love...

Dear Judy:
She did look forward to your Thai lunches! Molly the cat died a few weeks before she did, which gives me goose bumps. She always appreciated what a good neighbor you were. Thanks for writing. Ruth

Nancy and I were neighbors for over 20 years. We shared our love for our cats, flowers, and a Thai lunch every now and then.. Her cat, Molly, was a stray and I'd always tell Nancy what a sweet deal Molly had when she found Nancy. Then there was Homer, the little frog that hung out by the hose bib and the yummy cherry tomatoes that Nancy planted and would share. I'll miss you friend.

I worked with Nancy for many years at ASAP and remember how kind she was with each client. I will miss her and her smile.
