My sister Nancy taught me how to float (and drive!) nicknamed me “Beth Blue” and always encouraged my love of cooking by having special Christmas Eve Dinners- once it was Swedish themed! I loved going to her church, the incense..summers spent on the Bay, Mardi Gras parades..shucking silver queen corn and buying peaches at the farmers market!
