Not sure what to say?

I just finished reading her book, "Seams Unlikely". and highly recommend it to anyone who has ever watched her shows. She was such a great person. I learned much about sewing from her excellent series. My heart goes out to her sons and family.

Nancy was impressive in so many ways. I loved watching her shows over and over again. I have many of her books but watching her teach and talk with her guests made me feel good and wish she lived next door so we could be friends! I am so sad for the loss of Nancy and I wish the family well.

i just learned of nancy's passing so many yrs ago! i was raised on a family dairy farm, and my mother-a master seamstress, from the city, made all her own clothes and my 2 sisters. so bought a singer machine at walmart and started to hem my dress jeans. the ladies at walmart told me to watch nancy's shows on pbs, am canadian so did, and did my jeans and ventured to making long pants into shorts-and my momma noticed and asked who taught me to sew, just said i watched nancy's shows and she...

I'm a man and I don't sew. But for some reason I enjoyed watching the show. Her personality and her interaction with her guests reminded me of some of my teachers in elementary and middle school. They and she were truly inspirational.

I just learned of Nancy´s passing. I watched her show many times over the years. Nancy was to sewing what Julia was to cooking on public television! Peace and love to Nancy and her family.

My sympathy to Nancy family. I just found out that she died. I love her show, she taught me a lot about sewing. I'm so sorry to hear that she passed.

I watched Nancy for years and just recently found out about her death. She was such an inspiration to everyone who sewed or not. My condolences to her family.

I had the pleasure of seeing Nancy on her TV show. She was so talented and a great teacher. Thank you for the good you gave us.

I never knew Nancy, but I watched her show for years. Life gets busy and it happens all over most of us. About the time she passed, our lives changed instantaneously, so... I've said all that as an apology for having not posted this sooner. Today, I found out she had passed. I'm so sorry to her family, it's never easy to lose a loved one, but she gave so much of herself to others, and I'm certain to all of you.... that even today, you have those memories, the laughter, love and tears to...
