Dearest Laura - I just happened on this today and was devastated. You visited in SLO many years ago and we were delighted. Your mother was a wonderful person & friend. Highly intelligent, self reliant and terrifically strong. All a woman should be. We shared some life experiences at the Hollywood Terrace that were both hysterical and uplifting. Nannette and I became wonderful friends in the early 1970's. She was a wonderful fun and caring person. Her lovely daughter was the center of her life and I know how proud she was of her.
