Naoma Parrish "Shay" Atkins

Shay (Billie) was the daughter of Henry Parrish, my great-uncle. Billie's father was a deeply authentic Florida character, who earned his living in a wide variety of colorful ways. Reading Billie's biography here, it seems she carried Henry's adventurous spirit and gentle soul with her as she navigated her own adventurous life.
