Not sure what to say?

Will, I'm sorry about your Mom. When a parent is ill or any
loved one, it is hard to concentrate on anything. You do a
great job and I know she was very proud of you. Hang in
there.(Hokierodneync)

Will, I did not know your Mom while you lived in Charllottesville, but your words could not have been better in a reflection of who she was and what she held close to her. My thoughts and prayers are with you each day

Will and Family:
The hokie nation will miss you Ruth. I only know of Will through the techsideline website but I am always sadden when we lose a member of the hokie nation. We are all family at Va. Tech. We will miss you and by the way make the bearcats throw a few interceptions Jan. 1

My condolences to all the Stewart family. I know of Will only through the website, but thought of my own mom as I read your reflections about your mom. My mom also passed away from cancer, 3-1/2 years ago. I remember vividly going to Va Tech games with my mom and my sister when I was young in the early 70's. One of my older brothers was Tech's nosetackle then. We also listened to away games on the radio. After college I moved to the Northeast, but always loved to talk to my mom on the...

Will and Family,

I pray for Gods comforting touch to rest upon you and your family.May His Mercy and Grace pour over you and all of your loved ones !

A loyal subscriber,

Will and Family,

As one of the entries above states, I only know Will through his work on line. I do know enough through his writing to know that he comes from a very caring and compassionate family. It may be his business, but he goes out of his way to communicate in a personal way to everyone who asks an opinion or raises a cheer with him. Those qualities only come from folks that teach such genuine, homespun care and emotions. Mrs. Stewart surely must have been a large catalyst...

My thoughts are with you, Will, in this moment od sadness.

God bless!

You have our condolences, your mom sounds like my mom who is 72 ,listen to the games on the radio or TV and tells the defense to intercept the ball when the ball is in the air or telling the opposing offense to fumble .your mom sound like one great person she will always be in our prayers . Will, Before the stadium was shuffled a few years ago we enjoyed sitting just in front of your parents in Section 16. We really enjoyed meeting your parents and agree with your TSL article on how special a person she was. She was very proud of you and the success you have made of Tech Sideline. Our heartfelt sympathies go out to to you and your family.
