He was kind, gentle, yet such a leader. He led by example. Always doing what was the right thing to do in any circumstances. He loved God, his wife, his children ,and his country which reflected in everything he did.
Throughout his illness, he fought with such a gentle spirit , never an angry word, appreciative of everything anyone did for him. Yet he was such a proud and honorable man. We loved him and will miss him more than anyone will ever know.

Dear Narvie and Carol,
I was so sorry to read about the passing of your father while we were out of town for the Citadel game this weekend. What a friendly and happy person he was to be around. My heart and...

Dear Narvie and Carol,
We are deeply saddened to read about the passing of Narvie, Sr. I had the great pleasure of knowing him by way of working with you when we coached Tanya's softball team for several years back in the 80's. Without doubt he was a fine example for all to behold and I shall always treasure having known him. You shall remain in our thoughts and prayers throughout this time of grief.
Yours in Christ,
Ken and Debbie Dunbar
