Not sure what to say?

Nash Phillips was a very nice man and it was a pleasure to have known him, as well as his late daughter, Kathleen. I still believe he and Eloise and Kathleen are all once again together in Heaven.

I worked for NPC Builders for a few years. It was an amazing company to work for and we were all treated fairly. My prayers go out to the Phillips family.

Nash Phillips epitomized the "can do" attitude. He emphasized the positive, liked to have fun, and showed genuine interest in others.
Although I left NPC more than 25 years ago, the inspiration from Nash Phillips has stayed with me. I know many others feel the same way too.

I was so proud to work for Nash. He was the most all round businessman I ever met. He loved to talk about real estate more than anyone I ever knew. No one will
ever fill his shoes. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. Thank you for sharing him with us.
Sincerely, Donald W. Dean

Clyde Copus was my rommate after the war - I was Nash-s first salesman - I introduced Clyde to Nash in March, 1946

Elizabeth,
So sorry to hear about your dad. Thinking of you and your family.

I totally attribute my success in real estate over the past 30 years to Nash Phillips. He got me my first job with a real estate publication and the rest is history. I loved that man! Elizabeth and Ed, I am so sorry for your loss.

Nash and his partner created the Modern Day Austin we all love. He was always willing to share and give back to the Austin Housing Industry. He was a true Austin Icon!

Elizabeth, I am so sorry to read about your father's passing. My prayers are with you.
