Nash Avery Wicka was a Rockstar! He was game for anything, and his parents Angie and Tom, his sister Coco, and Kari, his lifelong Nanny and friend, helped him to make it happen every day of his life. Nash was born in May, 1999, with big brown eyes and a big beautiful dimple, and he left us...

Not sure what to say?

Tom, Angie and CoCo,
I am so sorry for your loss...

Angie, Tom and family. Just heard the sad news about Nash. He always had a big smile when coming into ATD. He can now hang out with George. Big hugs!

Angie Tom and family,
So sorry for your loss. As a long time employee of the town and country club I had the honor of working at your wedding reception and in your home when Nash was just a young lad. Angie you made him dance for a cookie he had wanted, and he was such a charmer, I never forgot that cute little dance.
I have missed all of you special people and I want to send you my deepest sympathy. I will always have that little dance in my mind as I always hoped for the best for the...

Angie, Tom and CoCo- our hearts are with sadness at the passing of this extraordinary young man. Nash lived an incredibly full life. Duchenne's may have limited his physical movement, but it never touched his spirit.
We look forward to the day when we conquer Duchennes -and greatly appreciate all the Wicka family has done to hasten the arrival of that day.
Nash generated so much love in his time with us. He will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you in this difficult...

Angie, CoCo and Tom-

We are deeply saddened and our hearts are aching over your loss of precious Nash. Although we only saw him a few times, he made a lasting impression. We just knew he was that special child. . . . a unique, kind soul. So poised, so wise beyond his years.

We are thinking of your family and sending you our love and support each day. We will always remember Nash.

Love,

Alfred & Kendra

I did not know Nash, I only know what I just read in his obituary. It sounds like he was an outstanding young man, someone that I wish I had met because not many people are born into this world with the determination to live with what life had in store for him, without complaint or self pity. He made the best of his life, and made sure his quality of life was everything he set his mind to. I am so sorry for the loss of your son, brother, and friend...you are all better people for just...

The post in the old family home still has Nash's and others height marks. Prayers to you all.

My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I live in the old "Wicka family home" and knew Jim years ago in High School. I wanted you to know that two subsequent owners to you have left the heights on the post in the basement and so I posted a picture of the post (including Nash's heights) for your memory. Take care . Dearest Wicka Family, It is truly heartbreaking to learn the news of Nash's passing. We only met him once a couple of years ago and I can tell you that I was absolutely taken with kindness and passion for life and he will be deeply missed. Please accept our heartfelt condolences and we hope that in a small way they help through these trying times. He will forever remain in our hearts & prayers ~ Team Evan Thornton
