Dear Nancy & David,
I am very sorry about the loss of your mother. I was very fond of her and always looked forward to her time spent with us at the Patient Registration desk. She had a terrific sense of humor and we shared many laughs. I was her invited guest at last year's volunteer banquet and was honored she chose me. I will always treasure that memory.
