Not sure what to say?

We lost Nathan way too early and way too young. I will always miss you, my special friend. Much we accomplished together and I hold memories dear.

With great sadness I write this comment regarding my experiences with Nathan. He was such a passionate person in all he did and dealt with at work (NYSDOT), on his home projects, and in speaking of his life with his wife, son and parents. He could rock a boat like an angry whale and voice his distaste on an issue with a tone louder than a ear could withstand but yet have a compassion for others that was immeasurable. He was a one of a kind, memorable co-worker. Blessings to his family in...

I worked with Nate and had great respect for his professionalism and his stick-to-it-tiveness. I also liked him as a person -- enjoyed his company greatly. He'll be missed.
My sympathies.

Nathan was a decent man, and I am sad that we're where we are today. I'm happy to have been in his family as long as I've been.

Words can't express how sorry we are for your loss. Nate was a wonderful person.

Please accept my condolences for your loss. Nate was a very special DOT employee with a wonderful personality. He was dedicated to his work and he will be sorely missed.

Michelle - We were truly saddened to hear of your loss. You are in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

I am very sorry to hear of Nathan's passing. We colaborated on several transportation surveys and related professional activities over the past 12 years. His insights, focus and intensity will never be matched. One of my favorite memories with him was a breakthrough moment when he was introduced to the implications of Standard Error - which he referred to from that point on as "Marge Innovera" a la the Car Guys. I will always appreciate his keen intelligence and wry humor, and I will miss...

My deepest sympathy to the family. Nathan was an invaluable colleague who was always there to provide us with his guidance and support. I pray to God to give you strength to bear this pain. We will miss him in NYMTC.

May his soul rest in peace.
