Kathy, Nat, and Grantland, It is now June 2025, and I have just learned of Pete´s passing. I´m heartbroken. Pete was a dear friend and mentor to me, beginning in 1998 when I started my career in real estate. I had the pleasure of working with Pete on several zoning issues in NPU B. He was always professional, thorough and often noted with some hilarity the ridiculousness of certain positions of the applicants. A good man always. He will be missed.
