Not sure what to say?

Nate and I have been close associates through APCO for well over 50 years. His loss is a major loss to APCO in many areas, as well as to his friends. You could not ask for a better mentor, co worker and leader. As a friend, they don't come any better. He and Donna and my husband and I shared many wonderful memories through conference attendances that will be treasured forever. We were both members of APCO Life Members-a true honor. Nate will be missed greatly and I pray he is resting in...

On behalf of The Cape Coral Computer Club, we offer our deepest sympathies for Nate and his family. He was our club President and our friend. We valued his leadership in the Computer Club. We are very sorry for your loss.

Many years my husband Don Whitney and Nate spent together with their mutual passion of APCO (Association of Public Safety Communications Officers), where they first met in Illinois in their younger years and continued their efforts together working with this organization through their lives. Don greatly admired Nate and appreciated his support during their many years of friendship.

Nate will long be remembered for his kindness, generosity, and wonderful sense of humor. His love of God and family was evident in how he lived his life. He was an outstanding Rotarian whose "footprint" on Rotary philanthropic programs, particularly the international Polio Plus initiative, helps define his legacy as an exceptional person. He will be missed.

I was so sorry to learn today about Nate. We became acquainted thru Ham Radio as he would check in to the radio net many evenings and we enjoyed listening to his recipes for the air fryer and the ongoing saga of the condo in Florida being rebuilt after the hurricane. I know our ham radio community will certainly miss hearing his callsign (N8TE) on the radio, and my thoughts and prayers are with you Donna and all of the family. Ron Burch, W3RWB, Evington

My mom was at the Summit & I saw your Dad there. I´m so sorry to see that he passed...he always had a nice smile & hello when I went past him

Nate was a very good man who did good things to help others. May his memory be a blessing. He´ll be missed.

Nate was a wonderful man, in every sense of the word. He loved God above all and served his Heavenly Father to the best of his ability. I saw the absolute, unconditional love that Nate showed Donna and their three precious daughters. He will be missed, yet be alive in our memories.
