I knew Nathan during his time as CEO of Computer City, and he was exceptional. His gracious manner with both employees and customers and refreshing leadership style - pulling, not pushing - energized the entire company and inspired many of us. I'll never forget the response of the Computer City Corporate staff when Nathan joined us on stage during a Service Champions Rally dressed up as a Blues Brother.
