Not sure what to say?

Nathan Stolow was a pioneer, a leader and an inspiration in the field of conservation. He will be missed. His work will continue to serve as a foundation for future preservation actions. Condolences to his family and friends.

My most sincere condolences to Nathan Stolow's family, friends and professional colleagues. He was a giant in the art conservation field, doing key research, publishing key works and always encouraging the next generation, of which I was a lucky one. He will be remembered always.

As a fellow Conservator, who attended his many professional presentations and absorbed the knowledge he shared, I am thankful for his life and the contributions he made to the profession. He will be missed by countless professionals in addition to his friends and loving family.

Dr. Stolow was often in my thoughts & recently shared NOVA's "Saving the National Treasures" with students learning about preservation. We will miss this amazing innovator in our field. I am grateful to have met him & purchased some tools & books from him in his retirement which I use, treasure and remember him by.
