I met Mr. Dingle while he was in the hospital and I was taking care of a patient in the bed next to him. His brother and i as people do started to talk and realized we have so much in common with our upbringing in Utica. Mr. Dingle was a loving husband and devoted family man and this world is at a loss with his departure. Bless his family in this very difficult time.
