Nathaniel Edrington Hewitt Jr.

Dr. Hewitt was a great professor and a wise and wonderful man to work with. He will be missed.

I was a student that always had trouble with Science, but Dr. Hewitt went out of his way to make me a better student and I'm a better person because of it. I extend my heartfelt condolences to his family and extended family at WSSU.

Dr. Hewitt was one of my best professors when I was a student at WSSU. We were later colleagues at WSSU. He was always so nice and soft spoken. He will surely be missed. God bless!

Dr. Hewitt was dedicated to his students at WSSU. He cared about students being educated and did his best to accomplish all that could be done to help them. He is and will always be missed. To the family: Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; Lean not unto your own understanding; But in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths. God will take care of you in the time of sorrow.
