Not sure what to say?

Missing you my friend. I didn’t learn of your passing until years later. You were such a good natured man & me & Truman enjoyed when you were coaching Elmcore pony league ball. Rest well.❤

My deepest condolences on the passing of Butch. He and I worked together for a time in the Communications Unit of the NYC Transit Police. He was quite a character and more often than not, had us in stitches with a story or joke. Easygoing and laid-back, yes, but when the stuff hit the fan, Butch was right in the thick of it without hesitation. Godspeed Butch!

To the Family of Nathaniel "Butch" Ridley:

I remember him from the NYC Transit Police Academy in 1969. A gentleman always, may he Rest In Peace. Pete Ahern, Clermont, Florida

We didn't talk much since parting ways from the police department. But we did talk. I will miss our infrequent chats.
He has no more battles to fight. He was a good guy.

Butch was always a very genuine and giving person with a heart of gold. He was a unique individual and a GREAT friend who knew how to enjoy life to its fullest. Butch knew how to be happy regardless of the times and space. He will be truly missed.
May God Bless you and the family!

My sympathy is with you and your family.
Peace Be Unto you.
