Not sure what to say?

I went to the Memorial Service at St. Mary's on Friday night. This is when I learned of Nates' passing. He is in Heaven with Gavin now and they don't have to worry about Neuroblastoma anymore. We will always miss them and we have to carry on just being Parents of Angels now. Please call me 561-801-3925. Love, Tam

We know Nate is up there as a guardian angel for those he left behind....
