Not sure what to say?

As I have shared twice, Hubert Wash was my 8th grade teacher at the McPherson County ,
Kansas, rural Alpha school. His wife Georgia taught grades 1 - 4 and Mr. Wash 5 - 8. This was in the 1946 - 47 school year. He also directed music at Central College in McPherson. He was a great influence on me
and both teachers loved. My sister Marilyn
was in the 6th grade and lives in McPherson.
He encouraged me singing tenor and a small group of us sang in an evening service at

I expressed my condolences and shared some in 2016. Mr. Wash was my 8th grade teacher in country school in McPherson County, 1946-1947. Georgia had the first four grades and Hubert the upper 4 grades. We had a wonderful modern new school building, built in
1941 just before W W II. I'm sure you
all have a connection to Central College in McPherson, and the College Church. Hubert the musician
taught us to sing harmony and several of us sang "Walk into Jerusalem Just Like...

Just had occasion today to view and hear the wonderful and God-honoring service for your dear father. Reflecting on the rich memories of my time at Spring Arbor and grateful for the part your parents contributed via the choir and drama program. Prayers today for your family. Lovingly, Linda j (Hall) Hayden

What a wonderful Professor and man. Was blessed to be his student. Enjoyed his "names" for his students!

LOVED your dad! A wonderful professor! An amazing voice!!! A very fun sense of humor! Our loss, heaven's gain.

My mentor in music and life! Such memories of my years in Spring Arbor and then our move to California. Thank you Hubert.
