My name is John Winand, Jr., and I knew Mr. Dao from the Farrara Insurance Agency in Reading. In the ten years that I knew Mr. Dao, he was the most delightful person. I was always happy when I saw his white Jeep out the window because he always made my day better. He was so kind and friendly.
