Neal passed away on Friday, January 26, 2018. Neal was a resident of Rhode Island at the time of passing. Mr. Beltram was a lifelong Chepachet resident, graduated Class of 1978 from Ponaganset High School and received the first "Ideal Chieftain" award. Visitation Wednesday, January 31, 2018 from 4-8pm in the TUCKER-QUINN Funeral Home, 643 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will be private. The family requests memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, to Troop 44 Glocester, in care of Scoutmaster Brad Leach, 71 Brown School Rd, Chepachet, RI 02814.

So Sorry to hear about the loss of your dear husband, father and grandfather. I know that we chatted about the latest stories of Neal's and the boys automobile escapades during our work day, and often shared a good laugh. I know that you and your family will forever be able to share a lifetime of great memories about Neal. May he forever rest in peace.

I send my sincerest condolences to Neal's family. Neal and I were (and always will be) fraternity Brothers at Chi Phi at the University of Rhode Island. I remember him to be fun-loving and a caring person. I think of those days often and remember Neal fondly.
