Neal will always be remembered as a Catamaran lover, but I remember him as a Parkinson warrior, one who's wit was always preparing for the next quip. RIP Neal. Julie still takes care of the local association in your memory.

We are so sorry to hear of the passing of Neil,
he was a wonderful man... David enjoyed doing work for the Brock's and will always remember the knowledge he shared, stories, and his funny wit... The world will be a little duller with out him but another "STAR is shinning Bright"!
