Neal was a great guy who I loved to work with at the Courthouse. He and I teased each other incessantly and he was as good natured an anyone could be. After he left the Courthouse, we continued being in touch on Facebook and I will cherish his humor and friendship. He was a good soul who died way too soon and I'll miss him.
