Read MoreMr Conway was always nice to me and there were a couple of times I wouldn't have been as cool to me as he was. When I was little it seemed like my second home. He let us ride his snowmobile, feed lambs and ride in the back of his pickup to Cedar Point. This past summer he was out cutting the grass and I stopped and chatted for a few. Glad I stopped.

Condolences to Neal's family on his passing.
I worked with Neal at Consumers Energy for many years until his retirement. The things I remember most about Neal was when he came into work every night the first thing I noticed was his Old Spice and his smile. Neal was always in a good mood and had a great laugh. Memories are forever.
