Dr Frankel was an awesome doctor. I went to him for some foot issues and ended up with 3 foot surgeries in 2011-2012. I was shocked to hear of Neal's passing. He was a good friend, advisor and a real asset to us at DaySurgicenters.

Rest in Peace, Neal..
