Not sure what to say?

I must say that I'm truly sadden, today I was searching for Dr. Newell's address to express how instrument he was in my development in becoming a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a AAMFT Clinical Fellow and Approved Supervisor. My Clinical Supervision under Dr. Newell was awesome and very rewarding for me. I always mention to my supervisees my appreciation of Dr. Newell and what I learned from him.
Every so often when Dr. Newell would talk he would always ask about my son who...

Kurt was as an admired, professional colleague in Marriage and Family Therapy. He will be profoundly missed in the Birmingham community.

Sara and Family, my prayers and thoughts are with You at this time. I pray for God to wrap his arms around you. We were neighbors for over 20 years and I can still see Curt waving across the street from your mailbox. Shelia Bruce and Family

Dearest Sara Lynn & Family,
My heart breaks for your loss and I add my sincerest condolences to those who loved Curt & admired his devotion to his profession! Our world has lost a devoted Desciple who loved Jesus and a very fine man & friend! I send these thought with our constant prayer that you find comfort in the presence of Jesus' arms just as Curt did on his first moment in heaven!

My love and prayers to all of the family. He will be deeply missed i know. God has faithfully walked with you during these days and will continue to meet your every need. Blessings!

There was a very bleak period in my life when I would not have made it without his counseling and kindness. He was truly a good man! My sympathy and prayers go out to the family.

I'll always remember my good times with Curt as a marriage and family therapy colleague, especially in our supervision group and on our many trips together with the AAMFT. He was a gifted therapist, with a particular talent for therapeutic metaphors. But, he was dangerous on a trip when he'd play with folks we'd meet in such a hilarious way I'd have to bail us out with a remnant of sanity or fall out of my seat laughing. I've never known anyone who could get me as tickled as Curt. I described...

I remember fondly and gratefully Curt and Sara Lynn's ministry to me as a college student at Dawson. I wish you all God's peace.

Curt was a dear friend who helped me in many ways. I know he will be greatly missed, however, his wonderful legacy will continue through his precious family. Hugs and prayers to all of you.
