Neal was born on April 16, 1955 and passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018. Neal was a resident of Brewster, Kansas at the time of passing. He graduated from Brewster High School in 1973 and received his degree in Accounting from Bethany College in 1976. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at Kersenbrock Funeral Chapel with Pastor Michael Baughn officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 2-7 p.m. Burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Colby KS.
