Not sure what to say?

My father Eugene Ballard (Schenectady, NY) served in San Francisco in the Army with Neal. He considered him his closest friend there and was very sad to learn of his passing.

I am so sorry to learn of Neil's passing. I have enjoyed working with him for several years, and he will be missed.

I want to wish the family my deepest sympathies. May the love of your family help you all through this hard time.

May the love of your family and friends carry you through this difficult time. Thank you for placing your Tribute Notice in our newspaper.

I had the pleasure of working with Neal for the past several years. He was easy going and always has a smile.

Neal was my next door neighbor at the Kona Kai apartments in Oxnard in 1968-70. Neal was a great part of all the good times we had as single young people living the good life with good friends. Neal always had a "zesty " outlook and was always involved with our adventures in So Cal. My sympathy to all his family and friends . Sincerely, Penny Johnson

I had the pleasure of working with Neal every time he was in Merced Co. Besides being very knowledgable about his profession he was always a very friendly person to work with. He will be missed.

Sincerely,

Linda Buchholz, Biologist with Merced Co. Ag. Commissioner's Office

It is with great sadness that it has become necessary to move Neal's name from our active roster to our one's remembered list. Know that Neal will remain in our thoughts as we trek on through our reunions. We thank Neal for his contributions in making Clovis High School Class of 1957 the greatest of the great.
