My thoughts & prayers are with Ned's family. Although we have never met we share in our relationship. Walter Bryant married Louise Bernethy- I married Bill Bernethy, Louise ' s son.

I had the pleasure of working with Ned on a few projects at Delphi Steering before he retired. Ned was a very good man. He had a pleasant personality and was always friendly. I am sure he will be fondly remembered by his family and friends, May he rest in peace.
